この利用規約は、iPhone アプリ「GeoInfoView」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリの「同意してはじめる」を押した時点で、この利用規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなします。 These terms govern your use of the iPhone app "GeoInfoView" (the "App"). By tapping "Agree and Start" in the App, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. 本アプリについて1. About the App
本アプリは、写真に記録された撮影地点と撮影方向から、地図・標高・斜面・立体地図・周辺の山名などを表示し、画像や動画として共有するためのアプリです。無料で提供し、アカウント登録・広告・アプリ内課金はありません。 The App shows maps, elevation, slope, 3D terrain and nearby peak names based on where and in which direction a photo was taken, and lets you share them as images or movies. It is free, with no accounts, ads or in-app purchases.
2. 表示する情報は目安です2. Information is approximate
- 表示する山名・標高・距離・斜面・方位・行程の道筋などは、公開データと端末のセンサーから計算した目安であり、正確さや最新であることを保証しません。Peak names, elevation, distance, slope, bearing and journey routes are estimates computed from public data and your device's sensors, and are not guaranteed to be accurate or up to date.
- 登山・ハイキングの計画や、道迷い・危険の回避など安全に関わる判断には使わず、正式な地図、最新の気象・登山道の情報、必要な装備をお使いください。Do not rely on the App for planning hikes or for any safety decision such as route finding or avoiding hazards. Use official maps, current weather and trail information, and proper equipment.
- 撮影や行動の際は、周囲の安全、立入禁止区域、私有地、他の人のプライバシーに十分注意してください。When taking photos or moving around, pay attention to your surroundings, restricted areas, private property and other people's privacy.
3. 地図・標高データ3. Map and elevation data
本アプリは、国土地理院（地理院タイル）、OpenStreetMap（© OpenStreetMap contributors、ODbL）、Terrain Tiles（Mapzen / AWS）、Apple マップのデータを、各提供元の利用条件に従って利用しています。詳しくはデータの出典と利用条件をご覧ください。 The App uses data from GSI Tiles (Geospatial Information Authority of Japan), OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL), Terrain Tiles (Mapzen / AWS) and Apple Maps, under each provider's terms. See Data sources and terms of use.
- 共有する画像・動画には、標高データ（Terrain Tiles）から本アプリが描く「地形図」を使い、出典を書き入れます。国土地理院・Apple の地図は、アプリの中での表示にだけ使います。Shared images and movies use the terrain map the App draws from elevation data (Terrain Tiles) and carry the required credits. GSI and Apple maps are used only for display inside the App.
- 共有した画像・動画を使うときは、書き入れた出典を消さないでください。Please keep the credits when you use shared images and movies.
- 公開サーバーへの負担を抑えるため、山名・道の取得は 1 台あたり 1 日 100 回までです。To limit the load on public servers, peak and path requests are limited to 100 per device per day.
4. 写真と共有4. Your photos and sharing
写真の権利は撮影者・権利者に帰属します。本アプリで作った画像・動画を共有するときは、写っている人や物の権利、共有先のルールを守ってください。写真の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーのとおりです。 Photos belong to their creators and rights holders. When you share images or movies made with the App, respect the rights of people and things shown and the rules of the service you share to. How photos are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. 免責5. Disclaimer
本アプリは現状のまま提供します。開発者は、本アプリの利用、または表示された情報に基づく行動によって生じた損害について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。本アプリの内容は、予告なく変更・終了することがあります。 The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damage arising from use of the App or from actions based on the information it shows. The App may change or be discontinued without notice.
6. 規約の変更6. Changes
この利用規約を変更する場合は、このページで最終更新日とともにお知らせします。 If these terms change, the update will be posted on this page with a new date.
7. 準拠法7. Governing law
この利用規約は日本法に準拠します。 These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
