このプライバシーポリシーは、iPhone アプリ「GeoInfoView」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。本アプリにはアカウント登録がなく、開発者が運営するサーバーもありません。開発者が利用者の写真・位置情報・その他の個人情報を受け取ることはありません。 This policy explains how the iPhone app "GeoInfoView" (the "App") handles information. The App has no accounts and there is no server run by the developer. The developer never receives your photos, location, or any other personal information.
1. 取り扱う情報1. Information the App handles
- 写真：利用者が選んだ写真と、本アプリのカメラで撮った写真を、この iPhone の本アプリ内に保存します。撮影日時・撮影場所（緯度・経度・高度）・撮影方向・仰角などの記録を写真から読み取り、地図や地形の表示に使います。写真はアップロードしません。 Photos: Photos you choose, and photos taken with the App's camera, are stored inside the App on your iPhone. The App reads the date, location (latitude, longitude, altitude), bearing and pitch stored in each photo to show maps and terrain. Photos are never uploaded.
- 写真ライブラリの読み取り（「行程」を使うときのみ）：開始日を選ぶと、その日から続く写真の撮影日時と撮影場所を読み取り、場所ごとの行程に分けて地図に並べます。読み取りはこの iPhone の中だけで行い、写真をアプリにコピーしたり、外部に送ったりはしません。「行程から削除」した写真の識別子だけを、端末内に保存します。 Reading your photo library (only for Journeys): When you pick a start date, the App reads the capture time and location of photos from that date onward, groups them into journeys by place, and shows them on a map. This happens entirely on your iPhone; photos are not copied into the App or sent anywhere. Only the identifiers of photos you remove from a journey are stored on the device.
- 位置情報（使用中のみ）：カメラ画面で、現在地の地図・標高・見えている山の名前を表示するためと、撮った写真に撮影場所を記録するために使います。位置情報を継続して記録したり、履歴として保存したりはしません。 Location (while using the App): Used on the camera screen to show the map, your elevation and the peaks in view, and to record where each photo was taken. The App does not track or keep a history of your location.
- カメラ：「撮る」画面での撮影にのみ使います。 Camera: Used only to take photos on the camera screen.
- モーションセンサー・コンパス：カメラの向き（撮影方向）と傾き（仰角）を求め、画面表示と写真への記録に使います。 Motion sensors and compass: Used to work out the camera's direction and tilt, for display and to record them with the photo.
- 写真ライブラリへの追加：本アプリで撮った写真と、利用者が保存ボタンを押した画像・動画を、写真ライブラリに追加します。「見る」で写真を選ぶときは iOS の写真ピッカーを使い、選んだ写真だけを受け取ります。 Adding to your photo library: Photos taken with the App, and images or movies you choose to save, are added to your photo library. When you pick photos in View, iOS's photo picker gives the App only the photos you select.
2. 地図・標高・山名の取得2. Fetching maps, elevation and peak names
地図・標高・山名を表示するため、本アプリは次のサービスから、撮影地点（またはカメラ使用中の現在地）のまわりのデータを取り寄せます。このとき各サービスには、要求する範囲（地図タイルの番号や座標の範囲）と、通信に伴う IP アドレスなどが伝わります。写真そのものや、写真と結びつく情報は送りません。各サービスでの取り扱いは、それぞれのポリシーに従います。 To show maps, elevation and peak names, the App requests data for the area around a photo's location (or your current location while using the camera) from the services below. Each service receives the area requested (map tile numbers or a coordinate range) and, as with any web request, your IP address. Photos and information tied to them are never sent. Each service handles data under its own policy.

取り寄せた地図や山頂のデータは、表示を速くするため、端末内に一時的に保存（キャッシュ）します。 Fetched map and peak data is cached on the device to make later views faster.
3. 第三者への提供・広告・解析3. Third parties, advertising and analytics
開発者は利用者の情報を受け取らないため、第三者に提供することもありません。本アプリには広告、利用状況の解析、トラッキングのための仕組みは含まれていません。 Because the developer receives no information about you, none is shared with third parties. The App contains no advertising, analytics or tracking.
4. データの削除4. Deleting your data
- 一覧で行をスワイプして「一覧から外す」と、その写真は表示されなくなります（本アプリ内のファイルは残り、取り消せます）。 Swiping a row and choosing "Remove from list" hides that photo (its file stays in the App so you can undo).
- 本アプリを iPhone から削除すると、本アプリ内に保存した写真・キャッシュなど、本アプリのデータはすべて削除されます。 Deleting the App from your iPhone removes all of its data, including stored photos and caches.
- 写真ライブラリに保存した写真・動画は写真アプリの管理となるため、写真アプリから削除してください。 Photos and movies saved to your photo library are managed by the Photos app; delete them there.
- 本アプリ内のデータは、iPhone のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップなど）に含まれることがあります。 Data inside the App may be included in your iPhone backups (such as iCloud Backup).
5. 権限の変更5. Changing permissions
カメラ・位置情報・モーション・写真の許可は、iPhone の「設定」→「GeoInfoView」からいつでも変更できます。許可しない場合も、写真を選んで地図や地形を見る機能は使えます。写真へのアクセスを「制限」にした場合、「行程」は選んだ写真だけを使います。 You can change camera, location, motion and photo permissions at any time in Settings → GeoInfoView. Without them, you can still pick photos and view their maps and terrain. With limited photo access, Journeys use only the photos you allowed.
6. お子様のプライバシー6. Children's privacy
本アプリは年齢を問わず使えるよう作られており、お子様を含むどの利用者からも個人情報を収集しません。 The App is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
7. ポリシーの変更7. Changes to this policy
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで最終更新日とともにお知らせします。 If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new date.
