instaFolder (the “App”) is an iOS app provided by the developer (Hidenobu Akiyoshi). This policy explains how the App handles your information. In short: the App analyzes your photos entirely on your device and never uploads your photos or their contents to us or any third party. instaFolder（以下「本アプリ」)は、秋吉秀信（以下「開発者」)が提供する iOS アプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが情報をどのように扱うかを説明します。要点として、本アプリは写真の解析をすべて端末内で行い、写真やその内容を開発者・第三者へアップロードすることはありません。

1. Photo Library1. 写真ライブラリ

To do its job, the App needs access to your photo library. With your permission it reads photos to analyze and classify them, and can modify your library on your instruction — for example creating or adding to albums, moving photos to the “Hidden” album, or deleting photos you select. All of this happens on your device, and only for the actions you choose. The App does not copy or transmit your library. 本アプリの機能のため、写真ライブラリへのアクセスが必要です。許可に基づき、写真を読み取って解析・分類し、ユーザーの操作に応じてライブラリを変更します（例：アルバムの作成・追加、「非表示」フォルダへの移動、選択した写真の削除）。これらはすべて端末内で、ユーザーが選んだ操作についてのみ行われます。本アプリがライブラリを複製・送信することはありません。

2. On-device analysis2. 端末内での解析

Folder suggestions are produced on your device using Apple's on-device image analysis (Vision) and each photo's metadata (such as EXIF / XMP and any text recognized in the image). This processing, including any recognized text or usernames, stays on your device. Results may be cached locally on your device to speed up future launches; you can clear this cache in the app's settings. おすすめフォルダは、Apple の端末内画像解析（Vision）と各写真のメタデータ（EXIF / XMP、画像から認識した文字など）を使って端末内で生成されます。認識した文字やユーザー名を含め、この処理は端末内に留まります。結果は次回起動を速くするため端末内にキャッシュされる場合があり、アプリの設定からいつでも削除できます。

3. Advertising3. 広告

The free version of the App shows ads via Google AdMob. The App does not track you across other apps or websites and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking, so ads are non-personalized. Google still processes limited information needed to serve and measure ads (such as approximate, coarse data and anti-fraud signals) as described in Google's policies. Becoming a PRO member removes ads. See Google's Advertising / Privacy policy for details. 本アプリの無料版は Google AdMob を通じて広告を表示します。本アプリは他のアプリ・サイトをまたいでユーザーをトラッキングせず、広告識別子（IDFA）をトラッキング目的で使用しないため、広告は非パーソナライズです。Google は広告の配信・計測に必要な限定的な情報（おおまかなデータや不正防止シグナル等）を、Google のポリシーに従って処理します。PRO 会員になると広告は非表示になります。詳細は Google の広告・プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

4. Purchases (PRO)4. 課金（PRO）

PRO is offered as an in-app purchase (one-time, monthly or yearly). Purchases are processed by Apple, and entitlements are managed with RevenueCat to unlock PRO and restore purchases across your devices. This uses anonymous purchase and receipt information and does not require an account or your name. The App does not receive your payment card details. PRO はアプリ内課金（買い切り／月額／年額）として提供します。決済は Apple が処理し、権利の管理には RevenueCat を利用して PRO の有効化や購入の復元を行います。これは匿名の購入・レシート情報を用いるもので、アカウント登録や氏名は不要です。本アプリがクレジットカード情報を受け取ることはありません。

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. 本アプリは、お子様を含むいかなる利用者からも個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date. アプリの改良に伴い、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更は、本ページに新しい「最終更新日」とともに反映します。
