このアプリは、個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録はなく、解析ツールも広告も入っていません。開発者があなたのデータを受け取ることは一切ありません。
1. 収集しない情報
「音の神経衰弱」（以下「本アプリ」）は、次のいずれも収集・送信・保存しません。
- 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの連絡先情報
- Apple ID、その他のアカウント情報
- 位置情報、連絡先、写真、カレンダーなどの端末内データ
- 広告識別子（IDFA）、その他の追跡用識別子
- 利用状況の解析データ、クラッシュログ
- あなたの音楽ライブラリ、プレイリスト、再生履歴
本アプリは出題する曲を Apple Music のカタログから直接集めており、端末内の音楽ライブラリは読み取りません。
2. 端末内に保存されるもの
次のデータはあなたの端末の中だけに保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。

これらは本アプリを削除すると、すべて端末から消えます。
3. 外部への通信
曲を集めるために、本アプリは次のサービスへ接続します。いずれも Apple が提供する公開サービスです。

これらのサービスにおける情報の取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。開発者はこれらの通信内容を受け取りません（開発者が運営するサーバーは存在しません）。
4. Apple Music へのアクセス
設定画面の「Apple Music の契約で曲全体を使う」をあなたが自分でオンにしたときだけ、本アプリは「メディアと Apple Music」へのアクセス許可を求めます。用途は次の2点に限られます。
- Apple Music の契約があるかどうかの確認
- 契約がある場合に、カタログの曲を再生すること
このスイッチをオフのままにしておけば、許可を求めることはありません。その場合は各曲の試聴（約30秒）だけで遊べます。許可は iOS の「設定 › プライバシーとセキュリティ › メディアと Apple Music」からいつでも取り消せます。
5. 第三者への提供
収集していないため、第三者に提供するデータはありません。本アプリには広告 SDK、解析 SDK、トラッキング用のライブラリを一切組み込んでいません。
6. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは年齢を問わずご利用いただけます。個人情報を収集しないため、13歳未満の方から情報を取得することもありません。
7. データの削除
端末から本アプリを削除すれば、保存されている設定・履歴・一時ファイルはすべて消えます。開発者側に保管されているデータはないため、削除を依頼していただく必要はありません。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
内容を変更した場合は、このページを更新し、冒頭の「最終更新日」を改めます。重要な変更がある場合はアプリの更新情報でもお知らせします。

This app does not collect personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. The developer never receives any of your data.
1. Information we do not collect
Sound Memory (the “App”) does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
- Contact information such as your name, email address, or phone number
- Your Apple ID or any other account credentials
- On-device data such as location, contacts, photos, or calendars
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or any other tracking identifiers
- Usage analytics or crash logs
- Your music library, playlists, or listening history
The App draws its songs directly from the Apple Music catalog and never reads the music library on your device.
2. Data stored on your device
The following is stored only on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.

All of it is removed from your device when you delete the App.
3. Network requests
To gather songs, the App connects to the following public services, all operated by Apple.

Apple’s handling of this information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy. The developer does not receive any of it — there is no developer-operated server.
4. Apple Music access
The App requests access to “Media & Apple Music” only when you turn on “Use full songs with your Apple Music subscription” on the settings screen. It is used for two purposes only:
- Checking whether you have an active Apple Music subscription
- Playing catalog songs if you do
Leave the switch off and you will never be asked for permission; the App then plays ~30-second previews instead. You can revoke the permission at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Media & Apple Music.
5. Sharing with third parties
Since nothing is collected, there is nothing to share. The App contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking libraries of any kind.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal data, it also collects nothing from children under 13.
7. Deleting your data
Deleting the App from your device removes all stored settings, history, and cached files. There is no server-side data, so there is no deletion request to make.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will also be noted in the App’s release notes.
