プライバシーポリシーPrivacy Policy

このポリシーは、iOS 向けアプリ「Mercury」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。This policy applies to the iOS application “Mercury” (the “App”).

01収集する情報Information we collect

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・写真・端末識別子・広告識別子（IDFA）その他いかなる個人情報も収集しません。利用状況の解析やクラッシュレポートの送信も行いません。The App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or any other personal information. It does not gather usage analytics or send crash reports.

02端末の中に保存されるものWhat is stored on your device

遊びの進行状況として、各ステージで獲得した最高の★の数だけを、iOS の標準的な保存領域（UserDefaults）に記録します。この記録はお使いの端末の中だけに残り、外部へ送信されることはありません。本アプリを削除すると一緒に消えます。アプリ内の「進行をリセット」からいつでも消去できます。The App stores one thing as your progress: the highest number of stars you have earned on each stage, kept in the standard iOS storage area (UserDefaults). It stays on your device, is never transmitted anywhere, and is deleted when you delete the App. You can erase it at any time with “Reset progress” in the app.

03Game CenterGame Center

Game Center にサインインしている場合に限り、本アプリは★の合計点という数値ひとつを Apple のランキングへ送信します。送信するのはこの数値だけで、氏名やプレイ内容は含みません。ランキングの表示名や順位の扱いは Apple のサービスによるもので、Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。If you are signed in to Game Center, the App submits a single number — your total stars — to Apple’s leaderboard. Nothing else is sent; no name and no details of your play. Display names and rankings are handled by Apple’s service and are governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

Game Center へのサインインは任意です。サインインしていなくても、本アプリはすべての機能を通常どおり利用できます。Signing in to Game Center is optional. The App is fully playable without it.

04広告・第三者サービスAdvertising and third parties

本アプリには広告が表示されず、アプリ内課金もありません。広告配信・行動解析・アトリビューションのための第三者 SDK は一切組み込んでいません。上記 Game Center を除き、利用者の情報を第三者へ提供・販売することはありません（そもそも提供できる情報を持っていません）。The App shows no advertising and offers no in-app purchases. It embeds no third-party SDKs for ads, behavioural analytics, or attribution. Apart from Game Center as described above, no information about you is shared with or sold to anyone — we hold none to share.

05ネットワーク通信Network use

本アプリは Game Center への得点送信を除き、インターネット通信を行いません。機内モードでも最初から最後まで遊べます。Other than submitting your score to Game Center, the App makes no network connections. It plays from start to finish in airplane mode.

06お子さまのプライバシーChildren’s privacy

本アプリは全年齢を対象としています。上記のとおり誰からも個人情報を収集しないため、13歳未満のお子さまから情報を取得することもありません。The App is suitable for all ages. As described above it collects no personal information from anyone, and therefore none from children under 13.

07利用者の権利Your rights

開発者は利用者の個人データを保持していないため、開示・訂正・削除のご請求に対して提供できるデータはありません。端末内の進行状況は、アプリ内の「進行をリセット」または本アプリの削除でいつでも消去できます。Game Center の記録の削除については、Apple のサポートをご利用ください。Because the developer holds no personal data about you, there is nothing to disclose, correct, or delete on request. Progress stored on your device can be erased at any time with “Reset progress” or by deleting the App. For removal of Game Center records, please contact Apple Support.

08本ポリシーの変更Changes to this policy

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページを更新し、冒頭の最終更新日を改めます。重要な変更があった場合は、アプリの更新情報でもお知らせします。If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. Significant changes will also be noted in the App’s release notes.
