好きぴエール / Suki-pi Yell (the “App”) is an iOS app provided by the developer (Hidenobu Akiyoshi). This policy explains how the App handles your information. In short: the App runs entirely on your device and does not collect or transmit your photos. 好きぴエール（以下「本アプリ」）は、秋吉秀信（以下「開発者」）が提供する iOS アプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが情報をどのように扱うかを説明します。要点として、本アプリはすべての処理を端末内で行い、ユーザーの写真を収集・送信することはありません。

1. Photos1. 写真

The App accesses only the photos you choose in order to cut out the subject and compose a cheer image. Selection and processing happen on your device. The App does not browse, read, or upload the rest of your photo library, and your selected photos are never sent to the developer or any third party. 本アプリは、被写体を切り抜いて応援画像を合成するために、あなたが選択した写真のみにアクセスします。選択・処理はすべて端末内で行われます。本アプリがそれ以外の写真ライブラリを閲覧・読み取り・アップロードすることはなく、選択した写真が開発者や第三者へ送信されることもありません。

2. On-device processing2. 端末内での処理

Subject cut-out uses Apple's on-device Vision framework to detect people and animals. Composed images and the cheer text are generated and stored locally on your device only. No image analysis is performed on external servers. 被写体の切り抜きには、人物・動物を認識する Apple のオンデバイス Vision フレームワークを使用します。合成画像や応援メッセージの生成・保存はすべて端末内でのみ行われ、外部サーバーでの画像解析は一切行いません。

3. Notifications3. 通知

The App schedules local notifications on your device to deliver cheer messages, with a composed image attached. Notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device; no push server is involved and no notification content leaves your device. 本アプリは、応援メッセージ（合成画像を添付）を届けるために、端末内でローカル通知をスケジュールします。通知の生成・配信はすべて端末内で完結し、プッシュ配信サーバーは使用せず、通知の内容が端末の外に出ることはありません。

4. Information we do NOT collect4. 収集しない情報

Note: the name and honorific you enter are used only to fill in the cheer text on your device, and are stored locally. ※ 入力した名前・呼び方は、端末内で応援メッセージの定型文に差し込むためだけに使用し、端末内に保存されます。

5. Diagnostics5. 診断情報

The App is built natively with SwiftUI and does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. If you have opted in via iOS Settings, Apple may share anonymous, aggregate crash and usage statistics with the developer through App Store Connect. These cannot identify you personally and contain no photos. 本アプリは SwiftUI でネイティブに開発されており、第三者の解析・広告 SDK を一切含みません。iOS の設定で共有を許可している場合に限り、個人を特定できない匿名・集計のクラッシュや利用統計が、App Store Connect を通じて開発者に提供されることがあります。これには写真は含まれません。

6. Children6. お子様について

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. 本アプリは、お子様を含むいかなる利用者からも個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

7. Changes7. 本ポリシーの変更

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date. アプリの改良に伴い、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更は、本ページに新しい「最終更新日」とともに反映します。
