Rain Cam (the “App”) is an iOS app provided by the developer (Hidenobu Akiyoshi). This policy explains how the App handles your information. In short: the App runs entirely on your device and does not collect or transmit your photos or videos. Rain Cam（以下「本アプリ」)は、秋吉秀信（以下「開発者」)が提供する iOS アプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが情報をどのように扱うかを説明します。要点として、本アプリはすべての処理を端末内で行い、ユーザーの写真・動画を収集・送信することはありません。

1. Camera1. カメラ

The App uses your device camera to show a live view, over which the rain-on-glass effect is rendered. The camera feed is processed only on your device, in real time. It is never recorded, stored, uploaded or shared unless you choose to capture a photo or video. 本アプリは、ライブのカメラ映像を表示し、その上に「雨ガラス」効果を描画するためにカメラを使用します。カメラ映像は端末内でリアルタイムに処理されるのみで、ユーザーが写真・動画の撮影を行わない限り、記録・保存・送信・共有されることはありません。

2. Photo Library2. 写真ライブラリ

When you capture, the App saves the resulting photo or video into a dedicated “RainCam” album in your Photos. This uses add-only access to your photo library. The App does not read, browse or upload your existing library. 撮影すると、本アプリは生成した写真・動画を、写真アプリ内の専用「RainCam」アルバムに保存します。これは写真ライブラリへの「追加のみ」のアクセスを使用します。本アプリが既存のライブラリを閲覧・読み取り・アップロードすることはありません。

3. Microphone3. マイク

If you record a video with sound, the App accesses the microphone to include audio in that recording only. Audio is saved only inside the video you capture, on your device, and is not transmitted anywhere. 音声付きの動画を録画する場合に限り、本アプリはその録画に音声を含めるためにマイクへアクセスします。音声は撮影した動画の中にのみ端末内で保存され、外部へ送信されることはありません。

4. Information we do NOT collect4. 収集しない情報

• No accounts, names, emails or contacts.アカウント・氏名・メール・連絡先は取得しません。
• No location data.位置情報は取得しません。
• No face recognition or biometric data.顔認識・生体情報は取得しません。
• Your camera images and captures are never sent to us or any third party.カメラ映像や撮影データを、開発者や第三者へ送信することはありません。

5. Diagnostics5. 診断情報

The App is built with the Unity engine, which may collect anonymous, aggregate diagnostic and performance data (e.g. crash and device-type statistics) that cannot identify you personally. No photos, videos or audio are included. See Unity's privacy policy for details. 本アプリは Unity エンジンで開発されており、個人を特定できない匿名・集計のクラッシュや端末種別などの診断・性能データが収集される場合があります。写真・動画・音声は含まれません。詳細は Unity のプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。

6. Children6. お子様について

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. 本アプリは、お子様を含むいかなる利用者からも個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

7. Changes7. 本ポリシーの変更

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date. アプリの改良に伴い、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更は、本ページに新しい「最終更新日」とともに反映します。
