Magic Album (the “App”) is an iOS app provided by Hideto Akiyoshi (the “Developer”). This policy explains how the App handles your information. In short: the App works entirely on your device and does not upload your photos. Magic Album（以下「本アプリ」）は、秋吉秀信（以下「開発者」）が提供するiOSアプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明します。要点として、本アプリはすべての処理を端末内で行い、写真を外部に送信しません。

1. Information we handle1. 取り扱う情報

• Photos: images you choose from your library, used to cut out subjects and compose your album. All image analysis and processing runs only on your device using frameworks bundled with the App. Your photos are never sent to any external server or third‑party AI service. 写真：被写体の切り抜きやアルバム作成のためにユーザーが選択した画像。すべての画像解析・処理は、アプリに同梱された機能を用いてユーザーの端末上でのみ実行されます。写真が外部サーバーや第三者のAIサービスへ送信されることは一切ありません。
• Saved output: when you export, the finished image or video is saved to your Photos library with your permission. It is not sent anywhere else. 書き出した作品：書き出し時に、完成した画像・動画をユーザーの許可のもとで写真ライブラリに保存します。他の場所へ送信されることはありません。
• App data & settings: your albums, stickers and favorites are stored only on your device. Nothing is transmitted. アプリのデータ・設定：作成したアルバム・ステッカー・お気に入りは、端末内にのみ保存されます。外部には送信されません。

2. On-device processing (no face recognition)2. 端末内処理（顔認識は行いません）

The App uses Apple's Vision framework on-device to detect the outline of subjects (people, pets, objects) so it can cut them out, and to roughly classify a cutout to suggest a motion. The App does not perform face recognition or identification, and does not create or collect any faceprints, facial feature templates or other biometric data. This processing happens entirely on your device; the results exist only transiently in memory and are discarded after use. 本アプリは、AppleのVisionフレームワークを用いて端末内で被写体（人・ペット・小物)の輪郭を検出して切り抜き、また動きの提案のために切り抜きを大まかに分類します。本アプリは顔認識・個人識別を行わず、顔の特徴量・顔認証テンプレート・その他の生体情報を一切作成・収集しません。これらの処理はすべて端末内で完結し、結果はメモリ上で一時的に使用されるのみで、処理後に破棄されます。

3. How we use information3. 情報の利用目的

• Cutting out subjects and composing your album (all on-device)被写体の切り抜きとアルバム作成（すべて端末内)
• Saving your finished image or video to your library完成した画像・動画のライブラリへの保存
• Remembering your albums, stickers and favorites on the device端末内でのアルバム・ステッカー・お気に入りの保持

4. Third parties4. 第三者への提供

The Developer does not sell or share your personal information, except as required by law. The App does not embed analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not send your images or any derived data to third-party AI services or cloud APIs. Apple Inc. provides the App Store for distribution but does not receive your photos through the App. See Apple's Privacy Policy. 開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を販売・共有しません。本アプリは解析・広告のSDKを組み込んでおらず、ユーザーの画像やそこから得られたデータを第三者のAIサービスやクラウドAPIへ送信することもありません。Apple Inc. は配信のためのApp Storeを提供しますが、本アプリを通じてユーザーの写真を受け取ることはありません。Appleのプライバシーポリシーもご参照ください。

5. Data storage & security5. データの保存・セキュリティ

Photos processed by the App are not transmitted off the device. All processing completes on-device, and no biometric or personal image data is stored or sent. 本アプリが処理する写真は端末外に送信されません。すべての処理は端末内で完結し、生体情報や個人を特定できる画像データが保存・送信されることはありません。

6. Children's privacy6. お子様のプライバシー

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、13歳未満の方の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

7. Changes to this policy7. ポリシーの変更

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be noted with app updates. 本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリのアップデート時にお知らせします。
